Employee Benefits Division Leader

We are expanding our Employee Benefits division and need a seasoned professional to lead it. The foundation is in place, but we need the right person to take it to the next level. You will lead our Employee Benefits division across Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee. That means building and managing relationships with employers, advising on group health, ancillary lines, and compliance, and growing a book of business with real autonomy. You will have a voice in how this division operates and the resources of a rapidly growing agency behind you.

This is not a corporate middle-management role. You will have direct ownership of the division's direction, client relationships, and growth strategy. We are looking for someone who wants to build, not maintain.

• 10+ years of hands-on employee benefits experience
• Currently active in the role, not looking to re-enter after a long gap
• Deep knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary lines
• Strong understanding of compliance, renewals, and enrollment processes
• Proven ability to build and retain a book of business
• Experience advising small to mid-size employers
• Licensed in Kentucky (or willing to obtain KY, IN, and TN licenses)
